Warranty & Repair

We offer a one year warranty that covers manufacturer defects on parts and functionality. If your OneClock isn't looking or working how it should, and you're located in the lower 48, we'll cover the cost of replacing or repairing it, as well as any associated shipping costs. For clocks that are out of warranty or overseas, we offer repairs in our Boulder workshop. To request a warranty exchange or repair, click here.

30 Day Returns

If you're not head-over-heels in love with your OneClock, we accept returns for a refund within 30 days of your order date. For 30 day returns, customers are responsible for calculated return shipping costs (via UPS), which are automatically deducted from the total refund. Refurbished clocks are not eligble.

To be eligible for our 30 Day Return, your clock must be in like new, resalable condition with all original packaging. If your OneClock arrives damaged or missing any parts, your refund request may be denied, and the clock returned to you.
